Various venues at Rimbun Dahan, including our heritage houses, are available for short-term rental for:

Professional Shoots

Our grounds and houses are available for film/movie/television, commercial/advertisement and photo shoots.

Rates

Film/movie/television shoot and commercial advertisement:

First day: RM8000 per day
Subsequent shoot days: RM6000 per day

• Includes 1 day before shoot, for set up/installation, and 1 day after shoot to bump out/strike.
• Includes all sites at Rimbun Dahan which are available, as required.
• Night shooting is permitted; extra noisy shoots (live music/fireworks etc) need to be discussed.
• Rate is not reduced if only using one site at Rimbun Dahan, or using less than 24 hours.
• Rate above does not include SST, which will be added.
• Please get in touch at least two weeks before your proposed shoot date.

Commercial photography (fashion shoots, etc)

1 day: RM 2500

• Rate is not reduced if only using one site at Rimbun Dahan, or using less than 24 hours.
• Includes all sites at Rimbun Dahan which are available, as required.
• Small-scale videography is permitted; total team on-site should be 10 people or less.
• Rate above does not include SST, which will be added.

Personal Photography

Our grounds and gardens (inside of houses not included) are open for personal photography such as wedding photos by donation of RM500 per day. (Fee is waived for residents living within a 2km radius of Rimbun Dahan, or within the same postcode (48050). Proof must be provided.)
